Tral, Oct 2 (JKNS): The Chairperson of the Jammu & Kashmir Waqf Board has formally commenced renovation and development work at the revered Khankah Faiz Panah in Tral.
As per news agency JKNS, Residents of the area have expressed gratitude for the initiative, stating that the long-pending work at the shrine had been a key demand of the local community.
Several locals urged that the restoration process be carried out exclusively under the supervision of the Waqf Board, without interference from external individuals or groups. They alleged that in the past, attempts were made by certain elements to create discord and impede the sanctity of the shrine premises.
People of Tral have appealed for the smooth and respectful execution of the ongoing work to preserve the spiritual and historical significance of Khankah Faiz Panah. (JKNS)
