KULGAM, MARCH 26: Following the directions of Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Showkat Aijaz Bhat, to breakdown the spread of Corona Virus infection, Rural Development department today carried out an intensive sanitation cum fumigation drive in several blocks of the district.The drive was carried out with proactive participation of officials of RDD along with BDC’s in Qoimoh, Frisal and Behibagh Blocks.DPO Kulgam, Mohammad Imran Khan said that to contain the spread of Coronavirus the department of Rural Development is constantly carrying out sanitation and fumigation drives across all blocks and panchayats of the district.He also added that the department is also generating awareness among people about the DO’s and Dont”s to contain the spread of the infection.
