Jammu: 30 Mar 2020 Sabre Brigade of Rising Star corps organised multiple activities including provision of medical and humanitarian assistance in viscinity of Ratnuchak (J&K). The daily wage workers were distributed hot meals & food packages provided to a large number of migrant labourers and their families, camping in areas adjoining cantonment area in Ratnuchak. They were assured that in conjunction with the civil administration, their sustainence during the national lockdown will be ensured. In addition awareness about the pandemic & preventive measures was also organised. They were also assisted by provision of hand sanitizers & masks. This noble effort of Indian Army highly appreciated by all.
