Srinagar, April 06: Following the fresh positive case in the Chattabal, the district administration Srinagar Monday sealed all entry and exit points in the area.
In a tweet, the official handle of Srinagar District Administration ordered that all 16 entry and exit points should be closed till further orders.
“All 16 entry/exit points closed. Essential services, medical teams will move under supervision. Please follow announcements being made locally. Urgent,” administration handle tweeted.
The Chatabal area has been already declared as a red zone by the authorities. On Monday, the fresh cases were detected positive for the coronavirus infection.
A senior official at district administration told JKNS that in view of fresh cases, they have sealed the whole area. We have also carried sanitization with the help of in the 300-metre radius of the house.(JKNS)
