Father electrocuted to death, son injured in Baramulla

Srinagar, April 11: A retired employee of Power Development Department from Binner area of Baramulla Saturday was electrocuted to death while repairing an electric water pump, while his son was also injured during the incident.  As per locals, the deceased man was identified as Abdul Rasheed Sheikh who was electrocuted while repairing a water pump resulting in his on spot death. As per the villagers, his son Ashiq Ahmad was also injured during the incident when he tried to save his father. Following the incident, Ashiq was shifted to Government Medical College Baramulla where his condition is stable. (JKNS)
