Srinagar, April 14: The inhabitants of Ghor Khar, Check Imoh Achabal of district Anantnag Tuesday expressed their resentment against the Public Health Engineering (PHE) department for failing to provide them portable water in the area.As per residents, despite repeated attempts to concerned authorities, things have remained unchanged on the ground. They said defunct water pipes have been blocked as they were not properly setup by the concerned authorities. The residentsappealed lieutenant Governor led administration and Chief Engineer PHE to look into the matter, so that they would get sigh of relief from water shortage in the area. (JKNS).
