DC Kupwara sanctions Rs 2 Lakh relief in favour of CBS Sufferers

Kupwara, April 22 : Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Anshul Garg today sanctioned relief of Rs 2 lakh in favour of two house holds at the rate of Rs one lakh each, whoes houses were damaged in recent cross border shelling (CBS) in Reddi-Chowkibal and Tumminah-Panzgam of district Kupwara. The Deputy Commissioner said that the relief was provided out of Red Cross Fund for timely rehabilitation of the sufferers.The concerned Tehsildar, on the directions of Deputy Commissioner today handed over relief cheques to the sufferers.
