Srinagar, April 24: A man from north Kashmir’s Baramulla the district was arrested at Nowgam area of Srinagar after police recovered heroin from his vehicle. As per the police, the man was arrested on Thursday late night, after police nake team intercepted his vehicle at Nowgam Naka, outskirts city.“During frisking of the person driving the vehicle, 3.5 grams of cannabis was recovered from his possession, they said, adding that the accused person identified as Firdous Ahmed Reshi of Badra Kot Tangmarg who presently lives in Bemina.The driver of the vehicle was arrested and a case vide number 56/2020 under section 21 NDPS Act was registered against him.
