JKPM Pays Tribute to Senior Journalist Shujaat Bukhari on His 2nd Death Anniversary

Srinagar, June 14: Jammu Kashmir Peoples Movement (JKPM) has paid a glowing tribute to senior journalist and founder of Rising Kashmir on his second death anniversary.

In his tribute, JKPM Vice President Feroze Peerzada said that 14 June 2018 was a horrific day for the people of J&K. “It was the day we lost Shujaat Bukhari who was a brilliant journalist and a peace in, ” he said.
 
Feroze added that Shujaat laid his life for the people of J&K and carried out his professional duties in an unbiased and objective manner.
“Shujaat was a noble soul and will be always remembered for his professional journalism, ” Feroze said.
