Man injured in bear attack in Kangan Village

GANDERBAL : A man was critically injured on Monday after a bear attacked him in Cherwan area of Ganderbal district.

The injured man was identified as 51-years-old Abdul Rashid Tedwa, son of Shamas U Din of Thune Kangan.

He said that Rashid was rescued by locals and shifted to Sub-District Hospital Kangan in critical condition. Where from he was shifted to SKIMS Soura Srinagar for advanced treatment
