Ganderbal, August 09 : Fresh landslides at Kulan in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district blocking traffic on Srinagar-Leh highway on Sunday evening.

Reports reaching said authorities suspended traffic on the Highway after landslides triggered by heavy rains.

An official told that men and machines of Border Road Organisation are trying to clear the landslide but heavy rains in the area followed by flash floods with mud/rubble making the task difficult.

The officer however, said efforts are on to restore the highway at earliest.
