Baramulla jointly by Uplona Rashtriya Rifles Battalion and GMC,Baramulla under the
aegis of Haiderbeg Rashtriya Rifle Sector.
The Camp was inaugurated by Dr Syed Maqsood, Med Superintendent, GMC
Baramulla.The Camp witnesse damassive turn out of civilians and Army persons
who stood for the cause of“Give Blood Save Life ”. Maint the COVID-19 protocols for
blood donation, all the donors were initially tested for COVID-19 virus by RAT testing
under the arrangements of Indian Army.The volunteers post blood donations were
served with refreshments.
A total of around 35 units of blood to incl 25 civilian was donated to the Govt
Medical College. Speaking on the event, one of the donors from Village Delina
thanked the organisers for planning such a event which contributes towards the
noble cause of humanity and society building
