Continuing with his staff outreach endeavour, J&K Bank CMD R K Chhibber held an interaction with the staff members of various business units and controlling offices of Jammu Central II (Kathua) zone at Zonal Office Jammu Central II Kathua.
Zonal Head Anil Deep Mehta was also present in the meeting.
Calling the workforce as brand ambassadors of the Bank, the CMD urged staff to act as agents of social and economic transformation.
” You have shown your passion and professionalism in making sure banking and associated services didn’t suffer even during tough times in Covid-19 Pandemic. People have lot of expectations from J&K Bank. We should always come up to the expectations of the people. Our roles come bundled with economic and social responsibilities of the region,” the CMD told the staff.
He pressed for laying emphasis on retail business and ensuring Priority Sector lending targets are achieved.
