Mufti Nazim ud din, Forest Officer par excellence says Khawar Mufti

Noted Businessman and social worker Mr. Khawar Mufti in his statement paid glowing tributes to Mufti Nazim ud Din, saying that deceased was a gentle and noble soul with down to earth nature, a dignified personality with a vision and deep acumen. A thorough forestry professional, he served in the J&K Forest Department under various capacities and proved his mettle by immense contribution as an forest officer par excellence.
