Army Goodwill School, Chandigam organised Inter School Declamation Competition*
*In a first of its kind of event Army Goodwill School, Chandigam conducted Inter School Declamation competition on the subject “Panchayat Elections”.*
30students from14 (11 Govt ,02 AGS and 01private school)participated in the event from the entire Kupwara district comprising of the Govt as well as Private schools.150 students from various schools were in attendance for the event.
The event started with opening address by the Principal AGS, Chandigam followed by the students giving their speeches on the topic. The jury panel comprised of teachers from all the participating schools.
Such events increase the bonhomie between the students of various schools and also bring the competitive spirit to perform better for their schools. While conduct of the event, the good practices practiced in the respective schools were shared amongst the teachers.
Top five winners were given cash prizes ,trophy and a certificate and all participants were given certificates of participation and consolation prizes. The event was a huge success and was highly appreciated by the participating students and the teachers.
