This is organised by the students of Law department, University of Law and affiliated colleges on 15th October 2020 i.e Thursday.
We are having the following grievances:
1. We were earlier notified by a circular dated 23.09.2020 that our examination will be held by
online mode. Due to this, we studied in accordance to the same mode only. We were clueless
that the decision made, by the Department, will be overturned so easily.
2. We attended all the classes Online which was really miserable in the absence of 4G internet.
Due to this, we would like to have our examination by similar mode i.e Online.
3. There are many students who live in far off places. It will be nearly impossible for them to come
and appear in exams without Proper allocation and transportation Facility.
4. At this time of Pandemic, we, the students, as well as our parents, feel insecure for us to appear
for offline examination.
5. Special Case: The students of BA.LLB 2nd Semester and LLB 2nd Semester have never appeared in
offline examination in the past. They are new to this department. Giving an examination of
which they have no idea will trouble them substantially.
We also suggest you possible number solutions in accordance to our grievances leaving every student
satisfied. We request you to kindly look into it as we are your own children
Solution1: An examination conducted identical to the previous one(Assignment Based)
Or
Solution2: An MCQ based online examination, identical to the examination of other departments.
Or
Solution3: An offline examination introduced with a reduction of 50% syllabus in which all the
students who live outside a radius of 30 Kilometers are provided with transportation and allocation
facilities. In addition to this, a 20 Day preparatory holiday should also be provided.
