October 27:`Piping ceremony of recently promoted SgCts as Head constable was held at DPO Ganderbal.
The promoted officials were decorated with their new ranks by SSP Ganderbal Shri Khalil Ahmad Poswal-JKPS who expressed happiness over the promotion of the officials.
