Run for Peace was organised to engage the youth to take a right stride.
A total of 240 men and 38 women participated in the run.
The flag off was done by Mayor, Handwara and commander 7 Sect RR Big MS Rathore.
The occasion was also graced by J&K Ranji players Iqra Rasool and Khushboo Jaan. The event was also attended by principals of various schools and colleges.
Cash prize worth 25,000/- was given away to the winners.
