Continuing his interactions with the staff across operational geography of J&K Bank, Chairman and Managing Director R K Chhibber today visited the Bank’s Shri Mata Vaishno Devi (SMVD) Business Unit in Katra, Jammu.
Hailing the staff for their dedication on the occasion, the CMD said, “Whatever the bank has achieved so far is because of the matchless commitment of our staff towards the institution. And I believe we shall continue to meet the expectations of our customers across our area of operations.”
“However”, he said, “the (SMVD) business unit is entrusted with the responsibility of providing best banking services to the countless pilgrims, who visit the shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi throughout the year from across the country.”
“You are the brand ambassadors of the bank for your goodwill gets disseminated across the length and breadth of the country. Thus you need to ensure that the pilgrims also feel satisfied with our services in addition to our own customers”, he added.
Members of the staff posted at the business unit expressed their gratitude to the CMD for sharing precious moments with them and giving a boost to their confidence.
