March 08: On the eve of International Women’s Day, Awantipora Police felicitated girl students of Police District Awantipora who have secured best positions in Higher Secondary part two examination (12th Regular) 2020.
SSP Awantipora Shri Tahir Saleem-JKPS was chief guest on the event, besides SDPO Awantipora and DySP PC Awantipora were also present.
SSP Awantipora felicitated the girl students namely Saba Rafiq, Noor-us-Saba, Gazala Javaid, Mahiba Wasim, Batool Fayaz and others with a trophy and appreciation certificate who passed the academic exam of Class 12th with high percentage from the areas of Tral and Pampore.
SSP Awantipora while interacting with the meritorious girl students congratulated them for their brilliant performance in studies which resulted to their remarkable success. He said that they would inspire other girl students to excel in their studies and academics. He also appreciated the efforts of the teachers, guardians and parents in their achievement.
SSP Awantipora advised the girl students to stay focused in their resolve towards excellence and continue to be an inspiration for others.
The objective of the event was to encourage meritorious girl students in the field of academics to boost their courage for further studies to crack National Level Exams.
