ANANTNAG, MARCH 14:- Regional Director, Survey and Land Records South Kashmir, Dr. Abdul Hafiz Shah chaired a meeting of Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars of Pulwama, Kulgam & Shopian districts to review the progress achieved in respect of preparation and deposition of Jamabandies under Ist Phase of Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP).
The chair was apprised that out of 347 Jamabandies, 342 have been completed in Pulwama and out of 273, Jamabandies 254 have been completed in Kulgam. Similarly, out of 240 Jamabandies, 234 have been completed in District Shopian.
All the Nodal officers were directed to complete and deposit the pending Jamabandies in office of the Regional Directorate Maraz with 22nd March 2021 fixed as deadline for the same.
Pertinently, in 2nd Phase of the programme, digitization of Jamabandies will be taken.
