May 09: Continuing its efforts to reach out to the poor and needy people, Budgam police distributed food kits & essentials among the poor and needy migrant families in Yagipora area of Magam Budgam.
SHO Magam along with other officers held a distribution function in Yagipora area of district Budgam.
Each kit consists of Flour 5kg, Turmeric 1kg,Pulses 1kg, Sugar 1kg, Chilli powder 1kg, Salt 1kg, Amul Milk 1ltr, Biscuits 12 Nos, Soap bars 4 Nos, Tooth Paste 1 No, Cooking Oil 1ltr, Tea 200gms, etc were distributed among poor and needy migrant families of Yagipora area of district Budgam.
Budgam Police reiterated that Police is always ready to render helping hand to the people and assured the participants that more such reach-out programmes shall be carried out in the district.
