The Army pursued its fight against Covid yet again as Chak Kigam camp under the aegis of Charkut Garrisson, Covid awareness programme was kicked off in Shumriyal.
Army stressed over the necessity of staying at home and to avoid unnecessary gatherings with the help of a megaphone. The information was proliferated in hindi and in vernacular by a non Kashmiri to gather interest of locals. The same was also announced with the help of religious preachers at local mosque levels too.
Apart from that a number of Covid precautionary posters were also pasted in the villages to spread awareness among the people.
