ISM started online YOGA sessions in Doda for Covid-19 infected persons.

Department of ISM distributing immunity boosters throughout district to reduce the severity of Corona infection.

Doda, May 27, The Department of Indian systems of medicine in coordination with District Administration Doda has started online live sessions of YOGA for benefit of public in general and COVID 19 patients in particular from today onwards. The YOGA session will be conducted daily at 7:30am with special focus on prevention and management of COVID 19 disease. In context with the importance of anti stress physical and mental exercises for COVID positive patients in home isolation, the Director Indian Systems of medicine Dr. Mohan Singh has taken this unique initiative and online sessions are being conducted throughout the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Deputy Commissioner Doda Sh. Vikas Sharma has also appreciated the efforts of the ISM department and has appealed to the general public to join the online live sessions for greater benefits. The department of ISM is also organizing regular camps for distribution of AYUSH immunity boosting drugs. These medicines are also being distributed in all government offices in Doda. Dr. Sanjay Raina ADMO Doda has urged people of district Doda to participate in these online sessions. The link for joining these sessions will be shared daily on facebook page of District administration Doda and ADMO Doda and the session can be participated live on Zoom app. The live sessions are being coordinated by Dr.Manjeet Sing MD.
