JAMMU, MAY 28: Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha, and officers and the staff of the Raj Bhavan, today accorded a warm farewell to Major Vipin Yadav, who has served as OSD to Lieutenant Governor.
Major Vipin Yadav had also served as ADC to Governor since 2018 here.
On completion of his tenure as OSD, Major Yadav is proceeding to join his new place of posting.
The Lt Governor while felicitating the outgoing officer expressed appreciation for the conduct, diligence, sincerity, and dedication with which Major Yadav has performed his duties, and wished him success in his future career.
