Webinar on IELTS organised at Aryans.

Srinagar 2nd June:Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh organized a webinar on International English Language Test (IELTS), Gateway to International Education. Ms Nidhi Malik, IELTS Trainer interacted with the Aryans students of Nursing, Pharmacy, Law, Engineering, Management, B.Ed and Agriculture. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group presided over the event.

Nidhi while interacting with students that English is the third most spoken language in the world, with 379 million speakers worldwide. IELTS is designed to help you work, study or migrate to a country where English is the native language. This includes countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and USA. Your ability to listen, read, write and speak in English will be assessed during the test. IELTS is graded on a scale of 1-9, she said.
Nidhi said that the higher you can score in your IELTS, reflects a better understanding and ability to communicate in English. Each immigration body, university, workplace or institution will have specific IELTS score requirements. The score you need will depend on what you are looking to do in the country, i.e work or study. IELTS is developed to provide a fair and accurate assessment of English language proficiency, she added It is to be mentioned that Aryans Group of Colleges has tied up with more than 500 reputed colleges and universities of Canada. Students can start their education with few courses at Aryans and complete the remaining courses at Canada under Credit Transfer or pathway programs.
