Bijbehara, Jun 14: Three persons were critically injured after a trench they were digging collapsed and fell on them in Khiram Durpora area of Bijbehara in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Monday afternoon, an official said.
An official told the news agency that three labours were injured after an under construction trench fell on them after its wall collapsed in the afternoon.
He identified the injured as Nazir Ahamd Lone, son of Sonaullah Lone, Shahid Ahmad Lone, son of Rehman Lone, Sahaba son of Rehman Lone–residents of Khiram Durpora.
“The trio have been shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment,” the official said.
The condition of all of them is critical, he added.
Station House Officer (SHO) Srigufwara also confirmed the incident.
