BARAMULLA :Police under the supervision of Syed Sajad Hussain-JKPS, DySP Hqrs Baramulla assisted by Inspr. Waseem Jahangir, SHO PS Sheeri arrested 01 drug peddler namely Arsheed Ahmad Mangral S/O Mohd Mukhtar Mangral resident of Salamabad Uri, District Baramulla at NHW near Petrol Pump Sheeri and recovered 6 grams of Brown Sugar like substance from his possession.
Similarly, under the supervision of Sh. Tariq Mehmmod-JKPS, SDPO Kreeri assisted by SI Ghulam Jeelani, SHO PS Kreeri arrested 01 drug peddler namely Zahoor Ahmad Lone S/O Gh Mohd Lone R/O Behrampora, District Baramulla at Behrampora and recovered 1Kg & 700 grams of poppy Straw like substance from his possession.
People of District Baramulla hailed the efforts of Baramulla Police and showed their willingness to support police to eradicate menace of Drugs from the society which is the real sign of Police Public relationship.
