1. For the first time in the history of Rafiabad, a medical camp was conducted by ‘Rafiabad Army’ under the aegis of HQ Pohrupet Sect RR on 24 Jul 2021 at village Nadihal (Tragpora Coy AOR). The aim of the medical camp was to provide quality medical care to the locals of the higher reaches of Rafiabad region who are generally deprived of modern medical facilities.
2. In consonance with Army’s constant endeavour to provide a healing touch to the AWAAM, a team of Army and Civil medical officers from Dangiwacha and Rohama participated in the medical camp. A team of specialists viz gynecologists, pediatricians, dentists and medical specialist provided medical care to the villagers. The locals were also distributed free medicines as prescribed by doctors. A vaccination drive for COVID 19 was also done wherein 60 indls recd the Ist / IInd dose of the vaccine.
3. A total of 772 patients (Male – 377, Female – 278, Children – 117) and 19 Dental patients benefitted by this camp. The locals lauded the efforts of the Rafiabad Army for genuine concern towards them and assured of all possible help in maintaining peace and tranquility in the region.
