Appeals Administration speed up efforts to provide rehabilitation to residents
Socio-Political activist M Amin Shah today expressed concern over the damage due to cloudburst in Baba wayil, Gultibagh, Nunar area of Ganderbal district and asked the district administration to ensure the immediate relief and rescue operations.
Shah in a statement asked district administration to make arrangements for food and shelter and other facilities for the affected people and ensure necessary facilities to be provided to the local residents of affected areas.
Socio-Political activist M Amin Shah expressed concern our the loss of property and requested LG administration and SDRF department should speed up relief and rescue operations, after flash floods triggered by cloudburst wreaked havoc in Gutlibagh, Nunnar and baba wayil area of district Ganderbal.
Shah further appealed that the UT Administration should rush up SDRF and Revenue teams to take stock of damages to residential properties, livestock, orchids and immediate installation dewatering pumps.
