Srinagar, August 10: Nine civilians were injured after suspected militants hurled a grenade towards security forces in Hari Singh High street near Amira Kadal area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Tuesday afternoon.
Confirming the incident a Source told that militants lobbed a grenade on security forces in Hari Singh High Street, however it missed the intended target and exploded on the road.
In the said incident a total of Nine civilians recieved minor injuries who have been shifted to SMHS hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile the Identification of the said civilian is are, Tariq Ahmad S/O Mohd Shafi R/O Burzahama, Srinagar, Suhail Ahmad Dar S/O Farooq Ahmad Dar R/O Chadoora, Budgam, Rangan Singh S/O Janak Singh R/O dist Ramban, Zulaikha W/O Mohd Hafeez R/O Kargil, Aparna W/O Ranjit Bera R/O Kolkata, Owaise S/O Gulam Mohd Laway R/O Chanapora, Srinagar, Abdul Gani shah s/o Abdul Ahad r/o Seel Beeru, Srinagar, Gulzar Ahmad Ganai s/o Gulam Mohd r/o Ajas Bandippra, Mushtaq r/o Khumani chowk Bemina, Srinagar.
However, Sources also added that the Presently condition of the above are stable.
