Lolab Lions organises “Car and Bike Rally for Locals in Lolab Valley on the occassion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav “

On the eve of 75th Independence Day, Army Camp Gujjarpatti organised Car and Bike rally for Locals at Chandigam Model Village Ground in Lolab Valley, Kupwara today to celebrate the spirit of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav
The event was aimed at, to inculcate National integration, to energise with sensation of patriotism and to celebrate the spirit of Indian independence.
Around 45 elders and 50 children witnessed the participation of 40 youth and 25 children for the Rally alongwith their motorcycle’s, cycle’s and car’s .
The Route for the rally was Chandigam(Start point)- Gundmachhar- Sogam and it ended at Chandigam covering a total distance of almost 5 Km.
During the rally every participants were in possession of National Flag who waved the tricolour hailing a slogan “Bharat Mata Ki Jai till the end point with enthusiastically.
After the rally all participants joined their voice’s together and sung the National Anthem to honour the tricolour and the victory of Indian independence.
The event was a big success and it culminated with a horse ride on Shamshabari ridge with the horse-riders waving the tricolour to mark the spirit of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav
