Srinagar, October 13: An unidentified militant has been killed in an ongoing encounter at Tilwani Mohalla Waggad in Tralarea of Awantipora in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday.
Official sources told news agency, that a militant has been killed in an ongoing encounter, however identity of the slain militants is yet to be ascertained.
Earlier Reports reaching news agency that a joint team of Police, army’s 42RR and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation in Tral.
As the joint team of forces approached towards the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon the forces, triggering off an gunfight.(GNS)
