J&K govt issues advisory; asks people to cover exposed pipes, launches helpline numbers

Srinagar:  With temperature hitting minus five degree Celsius in Srinagar, Public Health Engineering (PHE) department has issued advisory asking people to cover exposed pipes in order to avoid freezing and disruption.

The department has set up control room and launched helpline for general public. People have been advised to contact the helpline numbers  in case of exigency.

Here is the advisory. Please dial the given numbers if there is any disruption.
