Srinagar: An early morning gunfight has ended with two militants of The Resistance Force (TRF) dead in the Zakura area on the Srinagar outskirts.
” Two militants of militant outfit LeT/TRF neutralized by Srinagar Police. One of the killed militants Ikhlaq Hajam was involved in the recent killing of HC Ali Mohd at Hassanpora Anantnag. Incriminating materials including 02 pistols recovered,” Kashmir Zone Police in a tweet quoting IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar, said.
Head constable Ali Muhammad Ganie was shot dead near his residential house at Hasanpora Tabala area of Bijbehara Anantnag on January 29.
