Man drowns in Nallah Mawer in Langate, rescue operation underway

A 42-year-old man drowned in Nallah Mawer in Langate area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Monday morning even as the rescue operation was underway to trace him.

An official told that 42 Year old Mohd Amin Bhat Son of Gh Mohi u Din Bhat of Langate had gone to Nallah Mawer near Dand Kadel.

He said that a rescue operation has been launched by the police and locals to trace him.
