District President Ganderbal hails district administration for almost completing Bailey bridge over Nallah Sindh Wayil Ganderbal

Ganderbal, Feb 09: District President Ganderbal hails district administration for almost completing Bailey bridge over Nallah Sindh Wayil Ganderbal. Mohammad Amin Shah in his message to the media said, on the behalf of BJP unit Ganderbal he congratulations the LG administration particularly the deputy commissioner Ganderbal Mr. Shyambir and his colleagues ADC Mr. Mehraj-u-Din Shah, (JKAS) and ADDC Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad (JKAS). The two-lane bridge is approved at the cost of Rs 23.79 crores funded by the World Bank. The span of the bridge is 110 meters and the width is 10.50 meters besides, the length of the approach roads is 330 meters. The road connects Ganderbal to several famous tourist and pilgrim destinations including Sonamarg, Naranag, and Amarnath shrines situated in different district areas. The LG administration has shown great enthusiasm to construct the bridge which will provide great relief to the people of Ganderbal, particularly Kangan. The current bridge which has been serving for decades the purpose of connectivity is made of steel and iron which is highly inconvenient. No government has addressed the serious issue for decades but this administration is trying to complete the bridge in record time. On behalf of the people of Ganderbal Mohammad Amin Shah congratulated the administration for such a commendable job. He also told the media that the bridge will be very soon opened for public traffic.
