Handwara A family of Handwara town recived 7 thousand bill for one month . According to family members they said that since last of couple months we recieved 800-900 electricity bill per month but after the installation on new electricity meter this month we recieved 7 thousand electricity bill for one month which is total fake bill and fake reading of electricity meter. Family member also said that when we approached the PDD department, one employee of said department told us give 1500 rupees bribe and we will cut some points of electricity meter then you will receive low electricity bill but my husband not agreed to give bribe . While taking with the official of PDD department they said that we are investigating on this matter if any of our employee found guilty, we will take strong action anganist that person. Family member said that we request LG Manoj Sinha , DC kupwara and PDD Department kindly see this matter and provide us justice
