Sachnews// On a special visit of Chairperson for National Minorities Commission GOI, Shri Iqbal Singh Lalpura to Kashmir can help the minorities of J&K to frame a roadmap for development of human resources in academic, professional and skill sectors.

The roadmap of minorities of J&K has already been taken into notice in a threadbare discussion among Shri Iqbal Singh Lalpura, Hon’ble Chairperson for National Minorities Commission first ,then Hon’ble Minister for State Ministry of state minority affairs Govt of India Shri John Barla and BJP Senior leader & Member for National Minorities commission Er Syed Showkat Gayoor Andrabi which can help the fresh brains of J&K to avail higher education scholarship, schemes and startups for development of skills and experience with no stone unturned in other aspects of their developments.

Er Gayoor has already highlighted the problems faced by all Minority Communities in Jammu & Kashmir and gave him a proposal regarding the establishment of Skill development centre in all districts. In the proposal it is important to discuss the development of human resource working outside J&K as laborers especially to establish residential estates which can be viewed as important part of the economy and society.

This has also come in the limelight of discussion that establishing of medical & engineering colleges for Minorities both in Jammu and Kashmir can help the students to rear their future more secure in terms of job and adjustment.
