JAMMU, June 7: The Finance Department today increased Dearness Allowance (DA) of Government employees, pensioners and family pensioners who continue to draw their pay as well as pension as per Sixth Pay Commission.
The DA for employees and pensioners has been raised for existing rate of 212 percent to 221 percent of basic pay/pension/family pension.
Increase in DA will come into effect from January 1, 2023.
