Hassan is an alumni of St. Joseph Higher Secondary School in Baramulla. Her pursuit of knowledge led her to Hansraj College, Delhi University, where she kindled the flame of ambition for the Jammu Kashmir Administrative Services (JKAS) exam.
Undeterred by the challenges that lay ahead, she embarked on a multifaceted journey.
In her first attempt in 2021, despite the setback of an unsuccessful result, Ilka Hassan chose to rise anew.
Fueled by an unyielding spirit, she channelled her energy into a unique endeavor – an online business on Instagram, aptly named “House of Kashmir.” Amidst entrepreneurial pursuits, she continued her preparations for the JKPSC exams, fortifying herself with knowledge and experience.
