RAMBAN, OCTOBER 24: Dussehra marking the victory of good over evils celebrated with full religious fervor and gaiety in Ramban.
The main function was organized in the premises of the Government Model Higher Secondary School, Ramban where the effigies of Ravana, Kumbkarna and Meghnatha were consigned to flames marking victory of truth over evil.
President MC, Ramban, Sunita Sumbria, Additional superintendent of Police, Gourav Mahajan, Tehsildar, Harvir Singh, various officers from Civil and Police administration, prominent citizens, PRIs, members of Dussehra Celebration Committee and a large number of general public participated in the celebrations.
All elaborate security and other necessary arrangements were made by the District and Police administration for smooth celebration of Dussehra festival.
