Elderly Woman Injured in Wild Boar Attack in Hajin Bandipora

Bandipora, 07 May: A 60-year-old woman was seriously injured after being attacked by wild boars in the orchards of Hajin town in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Tuesday afternoon.

An official told that wild boars attacked an elderly women indentifies as identified as Sarwa Begum, (60) wife of Haji Ghulam Hassan Wani of Hajin Sonawari.

Sarwa has been immediately rushed to the CHC Hajin after giving first aid doctors referred her to JVC Srinagar for further treatment.

Locals have urged the administration to take action swiftly before they damages further.

Meanwhile wildlife boars have damaged rice narsarry beds in Hajin Sonawari.
