Srinagar, June 10 :- A man from Punjab lost his life while several others were injured in the road accident in Sonamarg area of Central Kashmir Ganderbal district on Monday.
An official told that a vehicle bearing registration no PB01A 4898 was going from Sonamarg towards Kargil with six passengers (one lady 02 children 03 men and driver) skidded off from the road near Sarbal.
In the incident one individual namely Tarseem lal son of Nathu Ram resident of Janipor Gurdaspor Punjab died on spot
He said that the injured were shifted to PHC sonamarg for treatment.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started an investigation.(KS)
