Srinagar, Sep 04 : A man was killed, and another was injured after a slab of an under-construction building collapsed near Baba Motors in Model Town Sopore area of North Kashmir Baramulla district on Wednesday.
A police offical told that a slab of an under-construction building collapsed near Model Town, Sopore, resulting in one person’s death and another sustaining serious injuries.
He added that the victims have been identified as Adil Ahmad Dar, son of Nazir Ahmad Dar, and Javeed Ahmad Dar, son of Mohd Subhan Dar, both residents of Nowpora.
He said the duo was taken to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Sopore, where doctors declared Adil brought dead, while the other person is undergoing treatment.
