Ramban, Sept 29:
In a decisive move against narcotics smuggling, the Ramban police, under Operation Sanjeevani and the astute guidance of SSP Ramban Shri Kulbir Singh JKPS,successfully foiled a narcotics smuggling attempt.
During nakka checking police party of PS Banihal has apprehend one person and 04 grams of Herion like substance is recovered form his possession. On this case FIR No 153/2024 U/S 8, 21, 22 NDPS Act is registered in PS Banihal and investigation is initiated.
The arrested accused persons have been identified as Muhammad Owis Gul S/O Ghulam Mohd Bhat R/O Drangbal Pampore Pulwama.
