Srinagar, Nov 4, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha addressed the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on its first day, pledging to work towards restoring full statehood and constitutional guarantees for the region.
Manoj Sinah emphasized that this commitment is a response to the trust the people of J&K have placed in democratic institutions.
