Srinagar, Nov 05: In a directive issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) of Jammu and Kashmir, all Administrative Secretaries have been requested to be present at the ongoing session of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly in Srinagar.

The memorandum, signed by Additional Secretary Rohit Sharma, as per news agency KINS states the importance of engaging in discussions, specifically the “Motion of Thanks” on the Lieutenant Governor’s address.

Furthermore, the directive mandates that each department assign an officer, no less than the rank of Additional Secretary, to attend the sessions on a full-time basis to ensure comprehensive departmental representation and to facilitate smooth proceedings.–(KINS)
