Jammu: A beloved figure within Natrang, Suresh Kumar was much more than a performer; he was a guiding spirit, friend, and mentor to countless artists. His commitment to the arts and his kindness touched everyone he encountered, leaving a profound impact on the theatre community in Jammu and beyond.

Balwant Thakur, Director of Natrang, expressed his heartfelt condolences, stating, “Suresh Kumar was the soul of Natrang. His dedication, enthusiasm, and sheer passion for the arts were boundless. He was not just a colleague but a true friend whose laughter and kindness brightened the lives of everyone around him. His legacy will continue to inspire us all, and his absence leaves a void that can never be filled.”
He played lead roles in the internationally acclaimed plays like Bawa Jitto, Ghumayee, Mahabhoj and Suno Eh Kahani.
Suresh Kumar’s contributions to the arts and his influence on Natrang’s growth will forever be remembered. His work and spirit will continue to live on through the artists and community he so deeply impacted.

As the Natrang family and the wider community mourn his loss, we extend our deepest condolences to his loved ones and all those who were fortunate to know him. May his soul rest in peace, and may his legacy continue to inspire future generations of artists.
