Kupwara: In a significant community reach initiative, 41 RR Bn organised a guest lecture on women empowerment by Miss Mehak – the first female bakery chef of Baramulla district who is also a renowned RJ at Uri.
The lecture was aimed to raise awareness about the current challenges faced by women in Kashmir and explore possible mitigation measures.
The session was attended by 80 students from Govt Higher Secondary School, Kalaroos, Kupwara. The initiative by Indian Army in bringing out current problems and their mitigation measures with active involvement of local population was well received by the locals
These efforts of bringing the successful personalities to the forefront by the Indian Army plays a detrimental role in fostering a safe and secure environment for all, which is essential for promoting a sense of accomplishment in the peers and will promote social dynamism in the region.
